This Privacy Policy explains how Lionware ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects the
personal information of users of the Hadi Driver and Hadi Passenger mobile applications
(collectively, the "Apps"). By using our Apps you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Driver & Passenger
- Account information: Full name, phone number, and password used during registration.
- Location data: Real-time GPS location while the App is in use, to match passengers with nearby drivers and to display live trip progress on the map.
- Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app diagnostics and security.
- Trip data: Pickup and drop-off addresses, trip timestamps, distance, duration, and fare amount.
- Communications: In-app messages or support requests sent through the Apps.
Driver only
- Identity documents: Profile selfie, criminal background record, health / psychotechnical report, and driver card — collected for regulatory compliance and driver verification.
- Vehicle information: License plate, brand, model, year, and vehicle registration document.
- Earnings data: Trip earnings and payout history.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To match passengers with available drivers based on proximity.
- To display real-time driver location to the assigned passenger during a trip.
- To calculate fares, process trip records, and display earnings to drivers.
- To verify driver identity and eligibility through document review by our admin team.
- To improve app performance, fix bugs, and enhance user experience.
- To comply with applicable Turkish laws and transport regulations.
- To send service-related notifications (e.g., trip status, account approval).
3. Location Data
Both apps require location access to function correctly. Driver apps send location continuously while the driver is online
so that passengers can see their position and route. Passenger apps use location to set the pickup point and display
the driver's progress.
Location data is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service (e.g., Google Maps for
routing). Background location is used only when the driver is actively online and accepting trips.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Google Maps Platform – for map rendering, routing, and geocoding.
- Our backend infrastructure – servers that store trip and account data securely.
- Regulatory authorities – if required by law or a valid government request.
5. Data Retention
- Account and trip data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Driver documents are retained for the period required by applicable transport regulations.
- Real-time location data is not stored permanently; it is used only during an active session and cached briefly for dispatch purposes.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS), JWT-based
authentication, and access controls on our backend. Driver documents are stored in a restricted file system
accessible only to authorised administrators.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. Your Rights
Under applicable law (including KVKK – Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
- Object to processing of your data for certain purposes.

9. Third-Party Services
The Apps use Google Maps Platform for maps and location services. Your use of map features is
also subject to Google's Privacy Policy at

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
